Welcome to the official campaign site opposing the proposed housing development off Top Street, Appleby Magna. We are a community-led group of residents dedicated to safeguarding our village’s character, history, and precious green spaces from irreversible development.
What's Happening?
Cameron Homes, in collaboration with Evolve Planning, is proposing to build around 50 homes on open countryside directly behind Didcott Way. This site has previously been deemed unsuitable for development by the local council — yet developers are back, pushing ahead with minimal consultation and vague promises.
Why We’re Fighting Back
